In SupraClient, if you right click the chat box, it gives the option to turn stealth mode
on/off. What is that?

so admins do not show up on the player list so people will act normal and think the admins are not around.

stealth mode allows an admin to join a game or chat without being noticed.

supraclient has admin commands but if you do not have admin status nothing will happen when you click silence/stealth/ban.
