Kaillera MvC Roster.

First thing you have to understand, is the Roster will never be one hundred percent correct. This is just an estimation from what I think. If you feel you are definitely better then some one over you, no problem. Do not come up to me and say "Wtf Jackk, I'm better then him". Instead, go up to that person, and ask him or her for a 1v1. Now the rules of this 1v1 are as follows.

To join the roster, ask Jackk.

A. Matches must be on Kaillera. If not it would be a GGPO Rank, or a 2DF Rank.

B. Must have a referee. This is because usually at the end of the match, people will complain how they got lagged or how they admit to have been beaten. Referee best, this referee should host so no pauses or anything happens. Some strong referee's are Bardock, Kast, Jackk.

C. The F2 Configuration, preferably I would prefer Time to be normal. This is because some people like to turtle and let time win. No messing with time. Turbo 2. Free Coins. Also, I would recommend, typing /p2pon so everyone ignores the lobby chat and gets less lag.

D. Concerning LAG. This is Kaillera, expect some lag. It is not perfect, and you will obviously get delay if your ping is high. Deal with it. The other person is suffering the same lag as well. Unless you think the other person is really lagging your combos. Then it is up to the referee to decide.

E. You will play first to 7. (The less the better, because of DS.) Unless the score is 6-6. Then it will be played to 10. Unless the referee or the two competitors choose differently.

F. Players not Accepting Challenges. You can only challenge people two spaces or less ahead of you. If you win, I will put you over that person. If you challenge someone for the roster position, and they refuse because they are busy, or not in the "MvC" mood. Then offer a time and date you can play. If they keep avoiding you though, and making excuses, please take a pic and I'll make a missing in action section for those players. Also, please don't ask the same person you challenged yesterday to another 1v1. Wait about a week, because OBVIOUSLY, you will eventually win if you challenge them everyday. So wait about a week.

G. Crashing or DS? If the Mame crashes at mid battle. Then you have to repeat. If DS occurs, then whatever the referee see's is what is true, usually.

H. Please don't take this seriously. It's just a position on the roster. It's just for fun. Say GG'S at the end, shake hands, don't complain.
