I can't connect to east or west because it says connecting... nonstop.

Dude i had those issues too, try re downloading your emu and kaillera client, erase or uninstall the old one ,
clean the registry and install , unrar , etc to use the new fresh one

try switching to supraclient if you dont have it already.
